Hi! My name is Lily Meade. I’m the author of THE SHADOW SISTER, publishing with Sourcebooks Fire in Summer 2023. And as you can probably tell by the title of this video, I’m here today to tell you my cover will be revealed with Buzzfeed Books on Sunday October 16th!
The cover of THE SHADOW SISTER will be featured in the Buzzfeed Books newsletter along with an excerpt from the book! They’ve given me a special link to give you so you can sign up in time to see the exclusive reveal. I’ll link it in the description and on every social media. I’m a little excited, if you couldn’t tell.
I have no idea how long the excerpt is. It could be the first scene, or the first chapter, or the first act, or maybe even every single chapter except the last—just to get you really hooked—though that seems like the least likely, to be honest. There’s only one way to find out…
